With 50 M2 of space this apartment is ideal for a family who want to be near the centre of village life. Free buses pass the door making ski access simple and convenient. Recently refurbished throughout, Iris has all the comforts of home, including a large kitchen dining room, satellite TV and Hi Fi. Its private terrace has views over the Chatel slopes and down the Abondance Valley. A private garage is available for ski and bicycle storage
Forming the ground floor of an imposing chalet, the accommodation comprises 2 small bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a lounge with a double sofa bed and a large kitchen/dining room. There is a bathroom with a bath/shower, WC and basin and a separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with Induction hob, oven, fridge, micro-wave, dishwasher and washing machine and still has room for a large 8 seat table. The kitchen/dining room leads through French windows to a large sunny terrace.
Chatel is at the heart of the Portes du Soleil region, where Mountain Biking has become world class. Linked routes traverse the France Switzerland frontier and riding up is no problem with a multi resort bike pass. The apartment has a secure garage and buses pass the door to get you to the first lift.
We would consider a winter season rental (subject to existing bookings) for example for a family seeking a season of skiing. Please ask for more information.
We are happy to accept well behaved pets in apartment Iris. We do not allow smoking in the apartment.
