All the Prices quoted are for 7 days exclusive use of the property subject to our conditions, and include towels and bed linen, electricity, fuel, and taxes. Change-over day is Saturday but we will quote for weekends and other start dates when reservations allow.

Rules and small print
We ask for a 20% non refundable deposit on booking and the balance of the payment 6 weeks before the rental starts unless other arrangements are agreed.
We ask for a breakage deposit of € 280 before or at the start of the rental which will be refunded less the cost of any breakage or extra services requested. The clients' responsibility for damage other than fair wear and tear is not limited to the amount of the deposit. Appropriate insurance should be considered.
Wireless Internet access is available at both Chalet Arthur(1 MB) and the Iris apartment (8 MB).
Rentals start from 4.00 PM on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 AM on the day of departure, unless other times are agreed in advance.
We do not allow smoking in any of our properties.
Small pets may be accepted in Chalet Arthur and apartment Iris. Please ask
The client is responsible for the insurance of his own property for which we take no responsibility.
