Our prices are shown below for both properties, based on a 7 day rental period. The prices include charges for bed linen, towels, electricity, tourist tax, internet access and cleaning. There are no additional charges. Our normal booking period is from Saturday to Saturday but we can vary that out of high season and in years where major holidays fall over the weekend. Please look at the availability calendars and ask us if you have different requirements.

We do not have many rules:
We ask for 20% of the rental at the time of booking.
We ask for payment of the balance of the rental before or on arrival at the property.
We reserve the right to demand a damage deposit of €300.00 on arrival. This is refundable on return of the keys at the end of the rental period unless significant damage or loss has occurred when some or all of the damage deposit may be retained. The rental client is responsible for loss and damage incurred to the properties while they are staying in them, with the exception of fair wear and tear. Their responsibility is not limited to any damage deposit paid and we recommend that clients have a suitable insurance policy.
No smoking is allowed inside either of the properties.
The number of clients staying in the property must be agreed before the rental begins. We have a responsibility to pay Taxe de Sejour (tourist tax) on behalf of our clients.
We specify a rental period from 16.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure to allow us to properly prepare the properties. Arrival times can usually be varied but the departure time is fixed.
We will allow cats and/or dogs in both properties subject to written agreement.
