Chalet Arthur is our only holiday home which we  manage personally. Our cleaning routine is guided by industry and local authority recommendations. We only accept whole chalet reservations and communicate directly with our clients if there is a need to alter the usual arrival or departure times. When same day changeovers are necessary we ask for client cooperation to help maintain these standards.

We have maintained our normal cancellation policy and expect clients to have insurance for non covid risks. Where cancellations have been necessary because of local, national or international response to the Covid crisis we have refunded in full and will continue to do so. We cannot however be responsible for changes or access to the holiday activities in the area.
